{"id":2270,"date":"2016-11-02T14:16:20","date_gmt":"2016-11-02T14:16:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecrowdinvest.com\/blog\/?p=2270"},"modified":"2021-09-07T08:39:54","modified_gmt":"2021-09-07T06:39:54","slug":"ecrowd-registro-plataformas-cnmv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/controller.ecrowdinvest.com\/blog\/ecrowd-registro-plataformas-cnmv\/","title":{"rendered":"ECrowd! ya aparece en el registro de plataformas autorizadas por la CNMV"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnmv.es\/portal\/Consultas\/Plataforma\/Financiacion-Participativa-Listado.aspx\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2273 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/d1jrzir44a083v.cloudfront.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Screen-Shot-2016-11-02-at-15.17.02.png\" alt=\"Licencia PFP de la CNMV\" width=\"721\" height=\"421\" srcset=\"https:\/\/d1jrzir44a083v.cloudfront.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Screen-Shot-2016-11-02-at-15.17.02.png 721w, https:\/\/d1jrzir44a083v.cloudfront.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Screen-Shot-2016-11-02-at-15.17.02-300x175.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 721px) 100vw, 721px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEl presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Valores ha adoptado el 21 de octubre de 2016 la siguiente resoluci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Inscribir a la entidad ECROWD INVEST <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecrowdinvest.com\/blog\/plataforma-de-financiacion-participativa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PLATAFORMA DE FINANCIACI\u00d3N PARTICIPATIVA<\/a>, S.L, en el registro de plataformas de financiaci\u00f3n participativa de la CNMV, con el n\u00famero 10\u201d<\/strong>.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este es el \u00faltimo paso formal para hacer p\u00fablico que ECrowd! dispone de la licencia de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecrowdinvest.com\/blog\/plataforma-de-financiacion-participativa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Plataforma de Financiaci\u00f3n Participativa (PFP) de crowdlending<\/a>, conforme a la Ley 5\/2015 de 27 de abril, \u201cde fomento de la financiaci\u00f3n empresarial\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecrowdinvest.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ECrowd!<\/a> fue <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecrowdinvest.com\/blog\/licencia-de-la-cnmv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">una de las primeras plataformas<\/a> en recibir la licencia de PFP en julio de este a\u00f1o, pero el tr\u00e1mite para la aparici\u00f3n en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnmv.es\/portal\/Consultas\/Plataforma\/Financiacion-Participativa-Listado.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">el registro de plataformas de la web de la CNMV<\/a> es largo y no ha sido hasta esta semana que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecrowdinvest.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ECrowd!<\/a> ha aparecido en esta lista.
